Who Can Help?

A pharmacist will be able to give you treatment advice and recommend flu remedies. Don't take paracetamol and flu remedies that contain paracetamol at the same time as you could be taking more than the recommended dose.

You can normally treat flu yourself, but if your symptoms last for more than 10 days, you should see your GP.
