The legal age for a tattoo in the UK is 18 years old. Even with your parent's permission, it would still be illegal to get a tattoo if you are under that age. Currently, there are no age restrictions for getting a piercing, other than genital or nipple piercings which cannot be performed on someone under the age of 16. Some piercing businesses may set their own age limits and consent for body piercings so it's worth calling the studio to find out more.
