Healthy Eating

It’s really important that you give your body the nutrition it needs. A healthy diet can give you all the energy you need – and it doesn’t mean that you have to give up all your favourite foods either!

As long as you get the balance right, a healthy diet can include a wide range of different foods.

These basic rules are important for all of us, but particularly vital for teenagers whose bodies are growing and developing.
