Puberty is a time when your body starts changing to help you grow and develop. It can begin around the age of eight, but it might start later for some people. During this time, your body produces hormones that can affect your emotions and mood.
The changes that happen during puberty can last for several years, and most people have completed puberty by the time they reach 18 years old.
It's common to feel a mix of emotions during puberty. It can be confusing, stressful, or even embarrassing at times. But remember, everyone goes through this so you are not alone.

"I hated the way I felt like I had to hide my sanitary products or have that anxiety at when I’d start, but now I'm starting to get used to them."
