Drugs

It can be tempting to experiment with drugs, but it's important to be aware of the risks when you take them.

All drugs have the potential to cause harm and some can be very addictive. Mixing different drugs can make their effects even more unpredictable. You can't always be sure what is in the drugs you take, or how you will react to them.

Common illegal drugs in the UK include cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, ketamine and nitrous oxide. But substance misuse can also include household products like gasses, glues and breathing in aerosol fumes.
