Bereavement

When someone dies, there is no right or wrong way to experience grief. Bereavement feels different for everyone. You might feel:

  • Like you can't cope
  • Like you've lost control
  • Numb, like you can't feel anything
  • Worried you'll never feel okay again.

It's important to know that grief gets easier over time, so try not to put too much pressure on yourself. Take time and try to look after yourself.
